In 2021, the national cosmetics supervision and inspection work was carried out by the Fujian food and drug quality inspection institute and other units. It was identified as the production of talent wood activated carbon seaweed fine mud film produced by the producer of Shanghai light Jiao Biological Technology Co., Ltd. and the manufacturer Zhong Yun (Shanghai) Cosmetics Co., Ltd., marked by the white beauty honeysuckle powder produced by Guangzhou Ming Lu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Detect the prohibited raw materials specified in the safety technical specifications for cosmetics (2015 Edition) (see Annex).
The above-mentioned enterprises are suspected of violating the regulations on the supervision and administration of cosmetics, and the State Food and drug administration requires the drug regulatory departments of Shanghai and Guangdong Province to file a case for investigation, seriously investigate and deal with the above-mentioned enterprises according to law, and report the relevant investigation and handling to the State Food and Drug Administration in a timely manner; The drug regulatory departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) shall order the relevant cosmetics operators to immediately stop operating the above two batches of cosmetics, investigate their purchase inspection records according to law, and trace the source of illegal products; If any illegal act is found, it shall be seriously investigated and dealt with according to law; Those suspected of committing a crime shall be transferred to the public security organ according to law.
