Notice on the launch of cosmetic raw material safety information registration platform

In order to implement the administrative measures for the registration and filing of cosmetics, regulations on the management of cosmetics registration and filing materials and other regulatory documents, the State Food and drug administration has organized the establishment of a cosmetics raw material safety information registration platform. From 9 a.m. on December 31, 2021, cosmetics raw material manufacturers or their authorized enterprises can log in to the platform to submit raw material safety related information. Among them, domestic users directly through the online service hall of the State Food and drug administration（ http://ciip.nifdc.org.cn ）Log in after opening the account.

After the cosmetic raw material safety information registration platform is launched, the cosmetic registrant, filer and domestic responsible person can still fill in the raw material safety information document issued by the raw material manufacturer through the cosmetic registration information service platform, or fill in the raw material submission code generated by the cosmetic raw material safety information registration platform and the related raw material safety information document.
